'ASAL' May Hit Screens For Republic Day
Ajith Kumar’s ‘ASAL’ is fast approaching the completion of production works with merely couple of songs pending. According to the film unit, the dubbing works will kick-start by this week and simultaneously other two songs will be canned.But the biggest question arisen is about the film’s release date. The film producers have been coming up with unconfirmed statement as they’re into wedge of finalizing it between Pongal and Republic Day in Jan 2010.Earlier reports stated that the film may hit screens for Pongal. But since there could be some more releases on the festive occasion, it would gradually make its way onto screens in third week of January or preferably for Republic Day on January 26
Nayanthara says that she is not worried about flops
That is why I have come to Hyderabad. I had arranged a party for my friends and I had celebrated my birthday by cutting a cake at the party. Only my close friends participated in this party.
In Tamil I am acting with Arya in the film Boss Engira Baskaran and also in a Malayalam film directed by Shyam Prasad. It is not true that I am not accepting new films. I agree to do a film if the story and character is suitable to me.
I don’t mind working in any language. Many are asking me that my films did not do well this year as expected. But I am not worried about this. I am happy as usual. God gives me whatever I wish. That is enough for me.”
