Bhoomika made her debut in the Tamil film Badri. After this she acted in Roja Koottam and Sillunu Oru Kadhal. Currently she is acting with Prabhu Deva in Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal and in another film titled Sinam. Apart from this she is acting in Hindi and Telugu films. At this point she has been signed for two Malayalam films in which she will act as a traditionalMalayalee girl.
In one of the film she will be donning the role of a Malayalam girl who cultivates sugar cane and in another film she wears the Kerala traditional dress. Bhoomika says that she feels comfortable wearing Kerala dresses and also has a different experience.
