Dhoni watches match in Asin’s house

Its not new that a good looking cricketer befriends a Bollywood heroine. As is most often the case when a cricketer meets a Bollywood beauty and visits her more than once, everyone gets into speculation on what is cooking between the two.
The current hot pair is Asin and Dhoni. The buzz is that Dhoni was at Asin’s Lokhandwala House on April 21 to watch the first IPL semi-final between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians. Asin and Dhoni hit off a friendship after they did a couple of advertisements together. Asin also attended Dhoni’s birthday celebration last year.
In the past there have been similar buzz around Azharuddin-Sangeeta Bijlani, Deepika Padukone-Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh-Geeta Basra. Asin has been previously linked to John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh.

Asin, who moved to Bollywood in 2008, is likely to make a comeback to Tamil cinema this year. She has reportedly been signed for the Vijay's movie which is the remake of Malayalam hit 'Bodyguard' starring Dileep and Nayantara.
Sivaraju Venkatraju, who last made 'Priymanavale' with Vijay in 2000 will produce this new film. Siddique who directed the original will direct the Tamil version also. Siddique and Vijay combination earlier rocked in the comedy riot ‘Friends’.
For Asin this film is a sort of comeback to Tamil. After her first Hindi film ‘Ghajini’ with Aamir Khan becoming super hit, her next film ‘London Dreams’ with Salman Khan bombed. So she is desperate to keep her top star status and image intact. But of course Asin never said she will not do a Tamil film after moving to Bollywood.
Asin and Vijay pair was very successful with films like 'Pokkiri' and 'Sivakasi' doing wonders at the box office. Meanwhile, Vijay's 50th film 'Sura' is nearing completion and plans are on to release it this April

I am a house bird. Since I have to go out doors for shooting purposes almost every day, I do not find time to stay at my house. So whenever I get rest, my favorite spot in my house. My house is heaven.
I love Chennai
Next to my house, Chennai is my favorite spot. As long I was acting in Tamil cinema I was staying in Chennai only. I can never forget the proximity I had with Chennai. I miss hot idly, sambar and Pongal.
I love music
There is nothing to be compared with good music. My life is filled with music. I love any kind of music. My all time favorite song is Ennavale from the film Kadhalan.

People are telling that I have forgotten Tamil cinema and Tamil fans and have settled in Mumbai. They are asking me whether this is justified. It is not like this. Only Tamil films and fans have made me known in Bollywood. I will definitely come back. I love you all.

My next film will be announced shortly. Many are asking me about the recent sensational news about me. I am a family bird. If there is no shooting I will spend my time with my dad and mum.

I don’t go for parties and pubs. Ever body knows about it. I am the same in Mumbai as I was in Chennai. So people need something to spread rumors about me. But I am not worried about these rumors.
