Yesterday the 63rd Annual International Cannes Film Festival opened in France, where high profiled, international screen personalities had descended.
Among them was our light-eyed diva and former Miss Universe Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The actress had turned up in beautiful lavender flowing gown from Elie Saab and a stylized hairdo. Ash had been there to attend the opening night premiere of 'Robin Hood', directed by Ridley Scott. Besides, she is here to promote her forthcoming Mani Ratnam film ‘Raavan’. The first look of the film is reported to be unveiled at the Festival on May 17th.
However the actress had not been accompanied by her hubby Abhishek, who was with her last year for the same festival. Instead Aishwarya was seen along with Eva Longoria Parker of ‘Desperate Housewives’ fame. In fact both are the brand ambassadors of L'Oreal. The brand is reported to be the official makeup artistes at the festival.
